Chest, biceps, and triceps.
Nothing particularly impressive to note. Just an average day at the gym. Set a couple personal best 1RMs but nothing special.
I did try something new... I did some isometric stuff at the end of the workout... put about 1/3 my 1RM on the pushdown, cable crossover, and curls and did SLOW reps, like 20 seconds up and 20 seconds back down. Only managed about 5 reps like this. Freakin' BURNS but it oughta shred me up quick.
